Ghella Abergeldie JV is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join the Stakeholder and Communication team working on the Central Interceptor Project. This newly created role will be largely responsible for developing and managing internal communication and social media.

 The Communications Coordinator role is hands-on creating written and visual content, and designing communications products, for a range of channels, including social media and the web to increase engagement with external and internal stakeholders. Empathy and a strong sense of social justice will help develop and champion our legacy projects. Curios and inquisitive, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

 Required skills and attributes to thrive in this role:

  • 2+ years in communications/marketing (and/or communications marketing qualification)
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure
  • You will have strong judgement, trust, and the ability to collaborate and develop connections
  • You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Social media and design experience preferred.
